Functional Medicine Consultation

During our consultations we will go over a full bloodwork panel of yours, and a system survey form explaining your symptoms. After overviewing your panel, we will discuss the nutrients you lack. This will tell Dr. Yoder what supplements your body needs to function at its best state! We will review these supplements with you and come up with a long-term nutritional regimen. Each consultation is tailored specifically to your needs.

If you are lacking any recent blood-work panels, we can set you up at a clinic to have labs done. This is a separate charge; however, health insurance can be used.

We do not accept any forms of insurance for the consultation!

All blood work lab requests can be picked up at our office; further direction will be given to you after you have picked them up.

Appointments are on Thursdays from 9-2 ONLY!
